Before we even begin scouring listings, we take the essential step of getting pre-approved for financing. By securing our financial arrangements upfront, we empower ourselves to act swiftly when the perfect Mooney crosses our path.
In tandem with our financing efforts, we ensure that we have a comprehensive insurance policy ready to be endorsed upon purchase. Understanding the importance of protecting our investment from the outset, we work closely with our insurance provider to tailor a policy that meets our needs and safeguards our Mooney against unforeseen risks.

We arrange for a comprehensive pre-buy inspection, enlisting the expertise of trusted aircraft mechanics to thoroughly assess every aspect of the aircraft's airworthiness.
